As stated by the Department of Human Services in Minnesota, adults 18 and older who live in a provider-controlled ICS setting, such as an apartment in a multi-family housing facility, get support and training in community living service categories from ICS. It can be delivered up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the person’s living unit or in the community.
In our case, Adna Disability Services LLC rents an apartment where these individuals expect to receive quality assistance that may include skill maintenance and improvement, guidance, instruction, and support with activities of daily living.
We have direct control over their living arrangements and ensure that they live safely and comfortably in these living spaces.
Our assistance aims to support skill-building and instructional services to acquire, retain and improve the person’s experience living in a place we prepare for them. We offer various training programs that meet their specific needs.
